Project Title: Pakistan Flood Emergency Response to most vulnerable communities for the provision of most immediate humanitarian assistance/ Emergency Relief in Baluchistan and Sindh Province. 
Sector: Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), WASH, Health & Medical, Food Security & Livelihood (FSL), and Shelter Organization:
Work Station: Mercy Corps Country Office Islamabad with frequent travel to the field in Baluchistan and Sindh.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Preparation of SoPs and guidelines for the project implementation, Collect and maintain all project-related documents.
• Multi-stakeholders Coordination including all the Sector Working Groups, attending regular meetings, sharing the humanitarian interventions, and progress with relevant Governments, United Nations (UN), Humanitarian Sector partners, agencies, NDMA, PDMA, PHF, NHN etc, and other organizations.
• Represent Mercy Corps Pakistan in all the national (In-person) and international level meetings (Online), Sector Coordination Meetings, START NETWORK, READY PAKISTAN Donor meetings, and General Assemblies.
• Ensure the distribution of the relief items to flood affected communities
•Coordination with Logistics & Finance for Purchase Requests, Tenders, and delivery of relief items to flood-affected areas.
• Contribute to institutional strengthening and capacity building of partners in alignment with Mercy Corps Philosophy of Partner-Led response and Local Humanitarian Leadership Agenda
• Support and build the capacity for a Partner-led response at both strategic and operational levels, engaging stakeholders and building relationships to strengthen resource mobilization.
 • Excellent partnership, Liaising with other sector partners.
 • Ensure the sharing of the progress to all the relevant Technical Working Groups, Sector leads, like WASH, SHELTER/NFI, Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), Food Security & Livelihood, Health, Agriculture, Gender/Child Protection & Safeguarding of UNICEF, UNHCR, IOM, FAO, WFP & OCHA.
• Ensure the weekly target vs Achievements progress from the implementation partners from all the project areas including Baluchistan & Sindh
• Sharing the field emergency response progress updates, distributions, and PDM on the Workplace of Global Mercy Corps platform.
 • Ensure project implementation smoothly according to the agreed plans and donor compliance.
 • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports including weekly, and monthly progress reports (MPRs) as the ECHO and other donors’ framework.
 • Create the folder for archiving, project documents as per the requirement to ensure preparing and maintaining documentation for partner-related activities in a clean, tidy, and well-organized manner at all times
 • Assists technical staff in the preparation of various program documents.
 • Ensure timely data collection and data management.
 • Preparation of presentations for project meetings and events.
 • Proofreading for all documents and correction and identification of errors.
 • Assist Manager Emergency Response in day-to-day project activities.
 • Lead the coordination with field staff from the country office level.
 • Conduct field visits for capacity building of staff and other programmatic tasks.
 • Partner management and proper documentation for partner files.
 • Provide logistics support in conducting meetings/events including Project Review, Staff review meetings, and meetings with other key stakeholders.
• Strong coordination with the operation section for timely delivery of project-required items and goods.
• Final Donor Reporting of ECHO, Xylem, Shell, Mikel Funds, Scottish Government , Latter-day Saint Charities (LDSC).
• Responsible to coordinate with partner and Mercy Corps field team human interest stories and success stories from the field.
• Developing the case studies of the projects from the field

Working as an independent consultant in implementation of Sustaianble Development Goals, Humanitarian Response, Relief Activities. Program Management, Liaison and coordination.

My main role is to organize the youth forum during the Conference, developing its agenda and implementation for conference and youth declaration.
Secondly, to organize water and climate change related activities with you in Islamabad and other countries.
Whereas to approach to relevant donors and other stakeholders for successful implementation of Karachi International Water Conference.

Played active role in the Second Workshop of International Secretariat for Water (ISW) to develop the International Youth Strategy for Water at Paris (France) 13th June 2017.

1-Played my role as a Youth Leader in International Human Rights and SDGs Forum at Kathmandu (Nepal) from 26th -27th May 2017 and also developed its concept note, agenda and implement it.
2- Conducted a research on WASH challenges in the Disaster prone areas of Kathmandu Nepal from 28th May to 4th June 2017.

Successfully organized the World Youth Summit for Peace (WYSP) in Pakistan from 10-12 December 2016 in which three former prime Ministers (Pakistan, Nepal, Tunisia), Youth Leaders and International Youth Peace ambassadors participated and commit to stand for the peaceful and sustainable future through provision of Human Rights inclusively.

This project entitled as “Engaging legislators for universal access to WASH in Pakistan” was initiated by AWAZ Centre for Development Services Pakistan with the technical and financial support of WaterAid in Pakistan in order to build support for universal access to Drinking Water,Improved Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) as a basic human right by 2030 in Pakistan. The main objective of this project were to form and strengthen a Legislators Core Group (LCG) on WASH in Punjab to advocate and take actions for sensitization and realization of Water,Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) as basic human right and establishment of WASH Caucus Group (WCG) in Punjab Assembly.

This Project was about the Electoral Reforms entitled as \"Advocacy Campaign for Electoral Reform\" supported by (USAID ) American people through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This project implemented by Aaghaz Foundation(AF) with technical support of The Asia Foundation (TAF) & Citizen Voice Project (CVP).
I played my Role as a Project Coordinator to lead it in District Faisalabad, Jhang and Chiniot.

Following were my Responsibilities being Master Trainer for the General Election 2013.
 Give training to the Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers at Tandlianwala and District Faisalabad city.
 Present and attribute the Slogan of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) that is To organize and conduct free, fair and impartial elections through enhancing its organizational capacity; preparing and maintaining credible electoral rolls; delimiting constituencies in a transparent manner; encouraging voters´ participation; monitoring electoral processes diligently; and building constructive relationships with all stakeholders, and introducing comprehensive electoral reforms in Pakistan.”

 Give detailed about the type of polling personnel and their responsibilities as well.
 Briefly discussed \" who will do what\"_ Role and responsibilities of the Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers, Security (Police Officer), Election AND Polling Agents, National and international Election observers as well.
 Give practical presentation to attribute the Responsibilities of Presiding Officers at Pre-Polling Day.

I was social Educator On this project and mean objective was to conduct the training of Primary School Teachers in District Chiniot (Punjab.)
Another objective of this project was to train the school teachers about control and manage the budget, make sure the transparently use of Aid. Mobilize Teacher to develop the strong relationship with community, and involve parents of the students in the school meeting and negotiate with them to develop the Educational and infrastructural aspects of the institution.

Major Responsibilities were.
 Assign work to interviewers, taking into account the linguistic capability and
assure that there is an equitable distribution of the workload.
 Review workload regularly to ensure that the team members
have sufficient time for interviews, editing and re-visits.
 Maintain cluster control sheets and make sure that assignments are completed in time.
 Review questionnaire quality in coordination with Regional Supervisors.

 Take charge of the team vehicle, ensuring that it is used only for project work.

 Coordinate and Monitor the team and enumerator for data collection and ensure the 100% pure data collection.

 Safe delivery of all questionnaires and control sheets to Regional Supervisors for further data editing as per Project guidelines.

Conducting Baseline Survey, working in Disaster & Emergency in the field of Drinking Water, Sanitation Hygiene and Community Development with solely vision of Sustainable Development & develop success stories, Research & Publication.

Develop the network with different CBOs and NGOs working on the Water and Sanitation in the Punjab Province.
 Capacity building of local developmental organization.
 Develop functional relationship between different organizations.
 Organize the zonal quartile meeting of CBOs and other NGOs which are members of this network.
 Update all the stakeholders with latest information delivering from country and Provincial convener regularly.
 Organize budget, planning and organizing monthly meeting at District level.
 Facilitate participants with lodging, brushers and other related material of Water and Sanitation, health hygiene.
 Organize “WATSAN” campaign whenever it needed.
 Give task to CBOs and NGOs about dispersal Awareness among Communities about Potable Drinking water and improve sanitation system.
